Special conditions
| Minimum stay: 3 days. 25% increase on stays up to three days as compared to the indicated rate. |
| Period from 21 December 2021 to 11 January 2022: requests for periods inferior to a week will be taken into consideration. |
| For stays of less than a week, the light dinner and the continental breakfast will not be provided, as well as the 2 hours of extra cleaning and bathroom linen change. |

| Swimming pool | Opening April 4th, closing October 9th. |
| Swimming pool and Jacuzzi heating | Possibility of heating the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, even out of season. Contact us for prices and details. |

| Restaurant meals | On request meals can be ordered from the "La foresteria" restaurant. Home made cakes for breakfast can be ordered from the restaurant. |
Terms and conditions
| At the moment of booking the sum equal to 30% of the total amount must be sent by means of bank transfer or credit card (American Express not accepted). | |
| The balance must be sent 4/5 weeks before arrival | |
| In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied | Up to 59 days before date of arrival – the total deposit of the 30% From 43 to 58 days – 60% of the total amount From 29 to 42 days – 80% of the total amount From 0 to 28 days – 100% of the total amount |
